I decided to go with softer colors for my blog that are easier to read. I like the gray really well for background.
I hope everyone had a goodweekend. Saturday was a terrific day. We had nice weather for our trip to Cullman. I enjoyed having lunch with some of the HOD gals. Carla is always encouraging. She's a great cheerleader.
The meeting was very inspiring. The speakers were Beverly Barton, Linda Howard and Linda Winstead Jones and they answered fifty questions from the general membership about aspects of writing from business to creativity. They did a great job. Plus, it was good to see some people I hadn't seen in a while.
Afterward, we stopped at Belk's in Cullman to shop. They were having a 75% off sale! What can I say but that I'm a "sale" junkie!
