Monday, Day 5

Today, it was back to my day job so I haven't worked much on the book. I did move the scenes around in Chapter 3 and I also need to do a little revision on them. They are the introduction to a couple of secondary characters, the villain and the victim. It is still early so I may do some storyboarding tonight.

When I came home from work, I stayed outside for about an hour or so. I am making an effort to get more sun, which produces Vitamin D in our bodies. I am taking a calcium supplement with D but sunlight is really a better source. It only takes fifteen minutes outside, without sunscreen, to help your body make Vitamin D. I actually planted a little row of okra and a hill of squash. I'm interested in seeing if they produce.

Here is my product recommendation today. I decided to try Breyer's Carb Smart Ice Cream. It tastes as good as regular ice cream and only 60 calories a serving. Woo Hoo!!

There's no better way to catch that vitamin D than working in the garden! I'll look for that brand of ice cream! Thanks sweetie!!hughugs

I sure get my Vitamin D then. I work outside all summer. I lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks. It's that 5 pounds I gained eating Easter candy! That ice cream looks good.
