There are two movies coming out this summer that are "must-see" for me. The new Indiana Jones movie and the Batman movie.
I've always loved the Indiana Jones movie. They were always the perfect combination of adventure and humor. Great escape movies. I recently read an article that predicted the movies were going to do well this summer because of the current recession and people loved to get away from their worries. The article cited the popularity of movies during the Great Depression. Of course, during that time, homes didn't have TV and admission was much cheaper. So, I don't know if if movie-going will be a big enterprise but I think Indy will roll in the bucks. I love the whip. LOL!
The Dark Knight looks as if it will live up to its title. Heath Ledger's Joker is such a fantastic character. He was such a talented young actor and this may very well be his best performance. Of course, Christian Bale was so good in the first movie. I can't wait to see him in this one. Of course, I like seeing him in anything.

I didn't realize a new Indiana Jones movie was coming out... I love those movies! I've enjoyed the batman movies too... I pretty much love superhero movies. It looks like you do too ;)
Yeah, there is a new one with Harrison Ford, who is now 62. Karen Allen is also in it and Cate Blanchett.
I saw a couple of the other Batman films but the one with Christian Bale was the best.

I want to see Iron Man with Robert Downey Jr. too. I do believe Jack and I are going to see it the first week of May. This year I want to see lots of plotless popcorn movies!!!!!! With friends and family.
I am sure Christian Bale is going to be great in the next Batman.
